Sourcing beautiful, authentic stone carvings from talented artisans around the world meant navigating real challenges: pieces that didn’t meet our standards, and the heartbreak of opening shipping crates only to find heavy, hand-carved investments cracked or shattered in transit.
Those setbacks taught us where we could make the biggest difference for our customers — not in rushing more products out the door, but in how we select, protect, and deliver every piece.
