Cancellation Time Frame & Process

Weekend Orders: Our support team operates Monday through Friday. Cancellation requests sent over the weekend will be reviewed on the next business day. Because orders can enter processing quickly, we recommend emailing as soon as possible to give your request the best chance of being processed before your order ships.
Refunds for Cancellations
If your cancellation request is received before your order has been processed or shipped, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Approved cancellation refunds are processed promptly on our end.
It typically takes 3–5 business days (sometimes up to 10 days for certain credit cards) for the funds to appear on your bank statement.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible
Once an order has entered the processing or dispatch stage, cancellation is no longer possible. If your order has already shipped, please wait for the package to arrive and follow our standard Return & Refund Policy to send the items back for a refund.
