Important Information
Our Order Process & Ready-to-Ship Items All of our stone carvings are pre-crafted by our artisans and held in stock at our facility, ready to be dispatched. If you place an order before 2:00 PM EST, we will begin processing it the same day. Once placed, your order immediately enters our system, and you will receive an email confirmation. It takes us 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday) to process and pack your order securely. Once shipped, it takes an additional 4-8 business days (Monday-Friday) for transit. Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.
Shipping Areas We currently ship to all addresses within the contiguous United States (48 states). At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other US territories. International shipping is not available.
Carriers & Track Your Order To ensure the safe and timely delivery of our stone products, all orders are dispatched directly using major US domestic carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on the size and weight of your item. Once your order ships, you will promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
Order Cancellation If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please contact us within 8 hours of placing it. Once the order has entered the processing and packing stage, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
Damaged or Wrong Product We take great care in packing our stone products, but we apologize if your item arrived damaged or if you received an incorrect piece. Please take a picture of the item and its original packaging when you receive it. Contact us at support@stonesojourn.com with your order number, the item name, and a brief explanation. We will quickly find an appropriate solution. For damaged or incorrect items, we will provide:
Delayed Orders If your order is delayed, please wait an additional 3 business days after the maximum estimated delivery time before contacting us. Delays can occasionally be caused by severe weather conditions, carrier volume periods, or other circumstances beyond our control. If it still has not arrived, please contact our customer service with your order number, and we will actively work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please:
Shipping Restrictions Due to the heavy or fragile nature of some larger stone items, shipping restrictions may apply. Any such restrictions will be clearly noted on the product page before purchase. We reserve the right to use specialized freight services for oversized items at no additional cost to you.
