Return Steps
Refunds After your parcel arrives, our team will gently examine the returned stone carvings. Once approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. This process typically takes up to 14 days on our side. Please note that your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may require additional time before the funds appear on your statement.
Exchanges If you would prefer an exchange for a different piece, please email support@stonesojourn.com with your order number and details of the item you would like instead. We will check our inventory availability, explain the next steps, and advise you on how to proceed.
Cancelling an Order If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please email us at support@stonesojourn.com within 8 hours of placing it. We can cancel orders that have not yet entered the processing or packing stages. Once an order has been processed for shipment, cancellation is no longer possible, but you may return the item after delivery by following the standard return procedure described above.
Problems With Your Order (Damaged or Incorrect Items) We carefully inspect and pack our stone carvings, but if your item arrives damaged or is different from what you ordered, please email us immediately at support@stonesojourn.com with your order number, clear photos of the damaged item, and any visible damage to the outer packaging. Our team will review your message quickly. For these instances, we will gladly arrange a free replacement or a full refund, and provide a prepaid return shipping label for the affected item.
